You declare that you either own the copyrights to all content you submit, or have the right to permanently and unconditionally grant rights to us. By submitting content to us, you permanently and irrevocably grant us, free of charge or condition, the non-exclusive right to use and distribute the content as we see fit. You agree that your private information may be disclosed to assist any credible investigation of copyright violation, and that we will not be held responsible in any way for copyright violations caused by your false declaration of your rights to content submitted. We are also under no obligation to provide any services to anybody, any services that we do provide are by our choice.
